Every Wolf&Bond ring is backed by a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects.
This includes cracks, chips, or material failure caused through normal wear.

We don’t cover everything - but we do cover what matters: the integrity of our materials and the quality of our craftsmanship.

Terms & Conditions

Wolf&Bond guarantees the structural integrity of your ring for life.

This reflects our confidence in the materials we use and the care we take in our production process.

The guarantee doesn't cover accessories such as wooden ring boxes. 

What’s Covered

• Cracks, chips, or structural damage from accidental impact
• Material failure (e.g. inlay separation or cracking)
• Manufacturing defects affecting normal wear

What’s Not Covered

• Lost or stolen rings
• Damage caused by third-party repair, resizing, or modification
• Cosmetic wear (including scratches, marks, or surface patina)
• Damage due to neglect, misuse, or intentional force.

Discontinued Designs

If the original design or material is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement of equal value based on current inventory.
Due to the natural variation in materials, no two rings are identical.

Shipping Costs

All shipping related to guarantee claims - both to and from our office - is the responsibility of the customer.

Ownership & Duration

This guarantee is valid only while Wolf&Bond operates under its current ownership.
In the event of a change in ownership, the guarantee may be revised or discontinued at the discretion of the new owner.

Claims Process

To begin a claim, proof of purchase is required . Please contact us with your order details and photographs of the damage.
We’ll review your request and guide you through the next steps.
