Returns & Exchanges
You have 90-days to return the ring or exchange to a different size or style. Please see our returns & exchanges policy, including instructions on how to arrange here.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
In these cases, we will arrange the return and cover all associated costs.
Wrong address disclaimer
Please contact us as soon as possible if you enter the wrong address and we'll aim to update prior to dispatch. If your order has been sent and can't be delivered, we need to wait until the item has been confirmed as being returned before posting a new order.
The return cost and new shipping charge will need to be applied for replacement orders.
Lost in transit
All orders are sent with tracked delivery. We will send a replacement or provide a refund if your order is lost in transit, depending on your preference.
