Return information
You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You can arrange a return here.
Return costs - UK customers
Change of mind
A fee of £7.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping and return shipping costs.
Faulty items
If there is an issue with your order, we will provide a full refund including the original and return shipping costs.
For UK orders, all returns must be arranged through our returns platform. If the platform is unavailable for your location, please contact us and we’ll provide a return label.
International customers
Change of mind
International customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. You may return your order using a fully tracked shipping service of your choice, or contact us for a return shipping quote.
Faulty items
If there is an issue with your order, we will provide a full refund including the original and return shipping costs.
Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import charges paid on international orders are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect style and fit is important.
You have 90 days from delivery to exchange your ring.
To make the process as smooth as possible, you can choose one of the following:
Reserve first (recommended)
Purchase your required style and size today to secure it immediately. Once your original ring is returned to us, we’ll refund it in full less the return shipping cost.
Return & Reorder
Prefer to wait? Simply return your ring using a label or QR code, and we’ll issue your refund once received. You can then place your new order.
You can arrange an exchange here.
UK exchanges
A fee of £4.45 will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage.
International exchanges
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for exchanges. Please contact us for a quote if you'd like us to create a label.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll then be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days.
If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at concierge@wolfandbond.com.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
