This reflects our confidence in the materials we use and the care taken in our production process.
Please note, our lifetime guarantee applies to metal rings only. It does not apply to silicone rings, ring sizers, ring pouches, wooden ring boxes or any other accessories.
Lifetime Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Wolf & Bond guarantees the structural integrity of your metal ring for life, subject to the terms below.
All guarantee claims are subject to assessment by Wolf&Bond.
What’s Covered
Our lifetime guarantee covers:
- Manufacturing defects affecting normal wear
- Structural material failure under normal wear
- Inlay separation caused by a manufacturing fault
- Cracks or chips caused by a defect in the ring material or construction
What’s Not Covered
Our lifetime guarantee does not cover:
- Silicone rings
- Ring sizers, ring pouches, wooden ring boxes or other accessories
- Lost or stolen rings
- Cosmetic wear, including scratches, marks, dents, fading, discolouration, surface patina or general signs of wear
- Plated, coloured, coated or treated finishes fading, chipping, marking or wearing over time
- Damage caused by accidental impact, dropping, crushing, heavy force or contact with hard surfaces
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, chemicals, heat, water exposure or intentional force
- Damage caused during work, sport, gym activity, manual labour or high-impact use
- Damage caused by third-party repair, resizing, engraving, polishing, cleaning or modification
- Changes in the appearance of natural materials, including wood, antler, shell, stone, fossil, meteorite or other inlays
- Engraving errors where the engraving text, font or details were supplied or approved by the customer
Plated & Coated Finishes
Some Wolf&Bond rings feature plated, coloured, coated or treated finishes.
These finishes sit on the surface of the ring and may naturally fade, mark, chip or wear over time, especially on areas exposed to regular contact or friction. This is considered normal wear and is not covered by the lifetime guarantee.
To help preserve plated or coated finishes, we recommend removing your ring before:
- Showering, swimming or washing your hands for prolonged periods
- Using chemicals, cleaning products, hand sanitiser or lotions
- Going to the gym, lifting weights or playing sport
- Manual work, DIY, gardening or heavy lifting
- Any activity where the ring may be knocked, scraped or exposed to abrasive surfaces
For the most durable everyday option, we recommend choosing a ring where the main colour or finish is part of the base material rather than a plated or surface-coated finish.
Natural Materials
Many Wolf&Bond rings contain natural or specialist materials, including meteorite, dinosaur fossil, wood, antler, shell, opal, stone or other inlays.
Natural variation is part of the character of these materials. Colour, pattern, texture and finish may vary between rings. These variations are not considered defects.
Over time, natural materials may also develop subtle changes in appearance depending on wear, exposure and care. This is considered normal wear and is not covered by the lifetime guarantee.
Discontinued Designs
If your original ring design, size, colour or material is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement of equal or similar value based on current inventory.
Due to natural material variation, replacement rings may not be identical to the original.
Assessment & Resolution
All guarantee claims are subject to assessment by Wolf&Bond.
If we determine that the issue is covered by the guarantee, we may repair or replace the ring at our discretion.
If the issue is not covered, we may still be able to offer a paid repair, replacement or discounted replacement option where possible.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs related to guarantee claims, including sending the ring to us and returning it to the customer, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service when sending rings to us.
Ownership & Duration
This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
The guarantee is valid only while Wolf&Bond operates under its current ownership. In the event of a change in ownership, the guarantee may be revised, replaced or discontinued at the discretion of the new owner.
